What is Auction for an Auction?

If you’re looking to sell your home, it’s an opportunity to bid on real estate services from Jellis Craig Inner North. The highest bidder at the auction will secure a world-class sales and marketing campaign run by Justin Mellar, FPS parent and Jellis Craig Inner North agent.

You will sign an agent agreement and 100% of the winning bid amount will be paid to the school on settlement of the property. This means that the winning bidder doesn’t need to make any payment at ART FOR ALL. The total commission paid for the sale of your house on Auction day will also be given to Fairfield Primary School.

Terms and conditions: The Auction for an Auction prize must be purchased for a property that falls within the service area of our Northern network of the Fitzroy, Northcote, and Reservoir offices. Payment will be made in full at settlement of the property sold (no up-front payment). Limited to single dwellings. The prize is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
